I assume that you have already installed the FB box on your blog if not then kindly first apply this tutorial:How To Add Facebook Comment Count To Blogger?
- Go To Blogger > Design > Edit HTML
- Backup your template
- Click the Expand Widget Templates box at the top right corner
- Search for this
